Make a payment

To make a single payment:

  1. Log in to Spectrum.net.
  2. Go to the Billing section and select to make a payment.
  3. Select a single payment. At this stage, you can also choose to enroll in AutoPay.
  4. If you previously saved a payment method, you can choose Recent Payment Methods and use the saved information.
  5. You can also select Add payment method. Enter your payment information and payment date and select Continue.

Payment methods include:

  • Checking or savings account
  • Debit
  • Credit card
  • Here, you can select Save for future payments. In addition, your payment method can also be used for future single payments.
  • Verify your payment details to complete the bill payment process.

Payments made or scheduled after the due date may be subject to late fees and / or collection activity. When a payment is scheduled, you will receive an email notification at the email address we have registered.

Make a payment with the My Spectrum app

1.  Log in to the Spectrum Account application with your Spectrum username and password.

2.  Choose the Billing tab.

3.  Touch the Make payment button.

4.  From here, you can adjust the Payment Amount, Payment Date and Payment Method.

5.  Once you have made sure that all your payment information is correct, tap Make payment. You will receive a confirmation message.

Cancel a single payment

To cancel a single payment with a future date:

•     Choose Cancel payment in the Billing section.

•     Choose Cancel payment to confirm.

1.  Sign in.

2.  You will be redirected to the Account Summary page.
